Mother’s Oyster Knife, the Mother’s Shucker, is a 2.75” New Haven style knife with a stainless steel blade. This particular style is bent at the tip allowing for better leverage and opening ability of all types of oysters. In our opinion the New Haven style knives are the only ones worth using, and the Mother’s Shucker is the best.
